superb stay in the heart of it all!
convenient location extra bathrooms welcome addition
i found the location convenient. it was very close to the metro parasol. the cathedral was easily reachable. i stayed in the queen roomwith the added bonus of two bathrooms. it was a very welcome addition to my stay!
The pedestrian area makes it a little walk to transit or uber pickup. It was not a big issue, however.

the hotel benefits from its central position, providing easy access to several attractions. many major attractions and city tours are within walking distance. restaurants and shopping places are also conveniently close to the premises.

the room included a refrigerator and a kitchen equipped with a microwave. air conditioning worked very well! the hotel uses codes for arrival, a system that worked exactly as described before i arrived.

communication was great with the staff, and the use of whatsapp. the staff members ana and vianca were especially helpful and friendly. i especially liked receiving a text asking if we needed the room cleaned.

satisfactory visit, some minor issues
helpful staff mini kitchen shower view sharp corners
the hotel was beautiful. i appreciated it was in the pedestrian only district as it was very quiet. the staff was super helpful. i really enjoyed the mini kitchen too.
the beds have a direct view to the shower, it's so uncomfortable. additionally, some of the furniture has sharp corners which is particularly dangerous in a small room.

great location friendly staff free water
The location is great! Access feels easy and staff is friendly. Phone and email answers queries so fast. The hotel room had two AC units that keep it so cool! Free water and chocolates are such great bonuses!
Some furniture have sharp corners, this feels particularly dangerous.

sewage smell cramped room
the location was very convenient to see all the sights and for shopping. (i really liked being so central!)
there was a noticeable sewage smell in the bathroom. i mentioned it to the front desk, but the odor persisted throughout my stay. also, the room was smaller than i expected, judging from the pictures online. it felt a bit cramped, particularly with luggage.

coffee pods quality show comfortable room
the room included coffee pods chocolates and cava a nice welcome package. the flamenco recommendation was excellent it was a high quality show. the room was comfortable for our family of four
the beds have a direct view to the shower it's uncomfortable some furniture has sharp corners especially dangerous in a small room

minor issues during stay
missing necessities uncomfortable mattress
the location proved convenient for accessing various attractions and shopping areas. the staff members were generally friendly and helpful .
upon arrival i found the room lacked basic necessities. i had to request towels and dishcloths from the front desk. the mattress was also quite uncomfortable with a noticeable lump that affected sleep quality
